Rob

Owner

Rob is driven by a passion for both landscaping and mentoring. His favourite place is on the jobsite, immersed in the energy of the REL crew. Rob believes that true leadership comes from hands-on involvement, and he is always ready to roll up his sleeves and outwork his team.

Leading by example, Rob pushes his crew to tackle challenges head-on to achieve great things together. Under his guidance, REL doesn’t just build landscapes – we create lasting partnerships, develop invaluable life skills, and deliver quality products that leave our customers (and our crew) delighted.

When not on the job, Rob can be found doing a wide range of projects at home or spending time with his wife and kids.

Lead Hand

When Owen arrives onsite, homeowners often greet him with a familiar remark: “You must be Rob’s son!” His passion for his work in the family business is unmistakable, and it’s clear he takes great pride in what he does.

Whether he’s driving machinery, working side by side with crew members, or focusing on the fine details, Owen’s dedication shines through in every aspect of his work. His enthusiasm and commitment make him a vital part of our team, and a cheery presence on every jobsite.

Outside of work, you’ll find Owen enjoying his time fishing, hunting, or fixing up small engines.

Jenna

Landscape Designer

Jenna is our landscape designer, bringing creativity and innovation to every project she touches. With a diploma in Landscape Design, she finds joy in taking a basic landscape and turning it into a space for all to enjoy.

As part of the family business, Jenna thrives on collaborating with clients to understand their vision, ensuring that each design reflects their unique style and needs. Her passion for design and commitment to client satisfaction make her a key member of our team.

When she’s not working in the office, Jenna loves to unwind with a good book or spend quality time with family and friends.

A former teacher with a lifelong love for the outdoors, Rob left the classroom in 2013 to follow his passion for landscaping full time. What began as summer work grew into Rob Enter Landscapes, where his eye for design is paired with a heart for mentorship as he guides former students who now work with him.

As a proud family business, Rob takes great pride in working alongside his dedicated children and building a company that has been serving their community. For over a decade, we have proudly built lasting landscapes across Niagara, Hamilton, and the surrounding areas.
